We are a publicly funded non-profit organization searching for highly qualified candidates to fill the role of Fiscal Officer. This critical position entails the comprehensive oversight of the agency's financial operations, ensuring that all activities align with relevant laws, regulations, and programmatic guidelines. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional computer skills and demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated work ethic. Individuals must also be prepared to shoulder a significant amount of responsibility within the financial landscape of the agency.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, accompanied by a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the field. While experience in governmental or non-profit accounting is preferred, applicants with advanced degrees or professional designations such as CPA, CMA, or CIA will be given priority consideration. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
